After some beers and a shitty Po-Boy sandwich at Eureka Burger the fog started to roll in pretty thick. I was with my buddy/fellow photog Hector and we decided to shoot the fog since its rare in socal. I havent had a chance to try the High ISO capabilities of the D600 and I shot around at ISO 4000 and then 2000. Try to figure out which is which! Anyways here are my captures for the night.

IE Collective trip to Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park
Bored one afternoon I threw up a post on FaceBook asking if any of my friends wanted to pose for me. A couple of them called me a perv and had other un-amusing jokes about the post. Julie however was willing to help. She got ready, and we met up at the local downtown area, and well these are a few of the shots that came from it all.
So normally I shoot with a Nikon D5000 with a 35mm f1.8 lens. I love the camera but I hate carrying it around all the time. So my solution was to buy a point and shoot that still delivered a great quality picture. After some deliberating and research I set on the Panasonic Lumix DMC LX5. It’s an almost identical camera when compared to the Leica dlux5, but with a cheaper price point. Here are some iPhone snapped shots of the lx5. Hopefully a couple more blog posts in the coming 2 weeks. I have a San Francisco trip next weekend that I’m super excited about!
Every saturday auto junkies get together in Irvine (and other parts of the country) to enjoy some coffee and check out some very VERY nice cars. . . Im organizing a MINI caravan to roll out to it on May 14th. If you live in the SoCal area hit me up if you would like to join.
